Ideally, pictures should be submitted in machine-readable format and conform to the graphics and file-naming standards for this site - as detailed below. Don't worry though, if you're unable to manage any of this - if need be, I can deal with it on your behalf. I also have a scanner available to deal with hard-copy, if necessary.

Please note that all letters in the file-name should be lower-case. and that numbers less than 10 should have a leading zero.

For example, the third picture submitted in a sequence taken at the Bull & Bush on 9th December 2005 should have a file-name as follows:

2005_12_09_bull_and_bush_03.jpg

... and be in JPEG format, with a graphics resolution of 72 d.p.i. with a "print-size" long dimension of 25 cm and a short dimension pro rata.

Other useful details can be included in a separate text file: e.g. the tradition being danced, the figure, the names of the dancers on the tour, the musician etc.
